If your stay is planned within 8 weeks or less, you will have to pay for your reservation at the time of confirmation.
If your stay is planned within more than 8 weeks, you can pay in two times:
You pay an advance within 2 days after confirmation of your reservation. This advance payment generally (excluding exceptions) amounts to 30% of the rent + the administration costs.
Costs and guarantee
Sometimes you have to deposit the deposit for your stay to Slobeltour, sometimes you have to pay it in cash to the owner on arrival.
Sometimes you have to pay the costs for your stay (if they are flat-rate) and sometimes on the spot. On site, they can be flat-rate or according to consumption and current market prices. If the costs are not paid in advance, you must arrange this on the spot with the owner.
What is the total price of my stay, all costs included?
On our site you can clearly see the total price of a stay on the dates you have chosen. You can see it in the description of each holiday home. Everything is included: the rental price, charges, ... If there are options, they are not included and are listed separately. On your invoice you will find the total amount of your reservation, including all the options chosen (for example: supplement for your dog, rental of bed linen, rental of bicycles,...) and, if that is the case, the fixed costs. On the spot you sometimes still have to pay certain costs in cash, directly to the owner.
