The booking period is from 3pm of day of arrival until 10am on day of departure.

Cancellation policy for the property
Deposit of 30% upon reservation, balance 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded. In case of subsequent cancellation, the full amount is due.
