Tourist tax, which includes the promotional tax is:
– For guests from 7 to (including) 17 years old – 1.25€ per person per night
– For guests from 18 years on – 2.50€ per person per night.
This tax is not included in the price.

Minimum stay :
-31/03 – 11/06 + 01/09 – 05/11 : 2 nights
-12/06 – 31/08 + 22/12 – 02/01 : 3 nights
PAYMENT TERMS – CANCELLATION POLICY:
– We require a 40% deposit when confirming the reservation
– The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the arrival
– We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in the case of late payment
– Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
– Annulation 14 to 7 days to the arrival: 40% of the total booking amount
– Annulation 7 days or less to arrival: 100% of the booking amount
– No refund will be made in case of early departure or no-show.
