This beautiful villa is originally a 70-year-old Karst house, completely rebuilt and refurnished in 2016. It’s located in one of Slovenia’s most interesting Karst villages, called Sela na Krasu, and offers a view on the Adriatic Sea. The villa features 4 bedrooms with two beds each, plus 3 extra beds. There is a large bath in the bathroom and an extra separate toilet on the ground level. The kitchen, bathroom and sleeping areas have a modern look, and an LCD TV with a DVD player is also available. Almost 200 square meters of living space are at your disposal, including a living room with comfortable seating for 7 people and a passage to the big covered terrace with spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea, Monfalcone, as well as the village and the countryside. In this villa you will also find a large garden overlooking the Karst landscape with a small outdoor swimming pool suitable for children (3 x 8 m). The nature in the surrounding area provides peace and relaxation, but there are also lots of things to do for recreation and entertainment in the vicinity. There are bicycles in the villa that you can use to visit the local villages and vineyards. You can also rent a boat if you would like to spend the day sailing on the Gulf of Trieste or Piran, or you can even sail further towards Italy or Croatia, with or without a navigator. In this villa can stay 11 people, relaxing and enjoying with a beautiful view. A perfect holiday getaway for families or a large group of friends! Final cleaning is included.
