The villa is an independent three-level structure surrounded by greenery and has underfloor heating.

The ground floor is open space with private bathroom. It is composed by a living, conversation area, TV, large kitchen with kitchen island and wine cooler, and an independent living area. All necessary cooking accessories and utensils are at guest’s disposal.

The sleeping area, located on the upper floor, consists of a suite with sitting room and own bathroom, and a large double bedroom with private bathroom.

The SPA area, located in the underground level, has been thought to allow both physical activities and relax. It includes an indoor swimming pool with overhanging glass, heated and equipped for swimming against the current, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a Jacuzzi, and a small gym with equipment.

CANCELATION POLICY
Deposit : 30 % of the total amount

After the booking has been confirmed, you will be able to cancel it free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival. After this date, the total value of the booking will be charged to the costumer.

Balance : 30 days before the date of arrival
