What are the arrival and departure times of a holiday accommodation?
The arrival and departure times are stated in the description of each holiday home. In general, arrival is planned between 16.00h and 18.00h and departure before 10.00h The holiday home is not accessible for the agreed arrival time. For certain properties, you can leave later if possible to pay an additional price.
What do I do if I have a problem during my stay?
If you have a question, concern or problem during your stay, call the owner to find a solution as soon as possible. If the problem cannot be solved during your stay, you can fill in a complaint form. You must state all factual information: context, details, photos. We refer to our general terms and conditions article 9.2
Can I change something about my booking?
If you wish to change the period of stay or change accommodation, cancellation fees may apply. We refer to the general terms and conditions article 5.5.
Can I check in early – check out late?
The arrival and departure times can be found at each property on our website. Deviations from this can possibly be obtained after agreement with the owner and if necessary an additional price to be paid.
Can I get an extra bed or cot?
Most accommodations on our site give you more information about this. Baby cots and extra beds may incur additional charges.
